You may have seen in your Facebook or Twitter feed over the past few months posts about what people are #thankful for. There are these challenges going around using hash tags like where #30daysofthanks or #365grateful that people use in their social media posts when they share something or someone they are grateful for each day. These challenges are a way to remind ourselves and others of our appreciation for the people and things in our lives that are special to us.
