I require help raising enough to pay for the downpayment for my home. My landlord wants me to move out because he is selling the property and I don't have enough money to make the downpayment to pay for it myself.

At this moment, it would do more harm for me to move out, because I cannot afford to pay for transportation of my relocation and it is difficult to find a place to live near my place of work.
