Looking to raise $20,000 for the purchase and reno of my first home. The home is a 2 story fixer upper home. I plan on renovating the main floor and master suite first. All new flooring, possible new drywall, a totally new kitchen, new and expanded master bath and railing for the front porch. 10,000 for down payment and 10,000 for renovation costs.
