disabled physically challenged retired social worker wanting a fur ever home for me and my kitties

I was raised by grandparents who taught me to be kind and give back to society. I had dedicated my life to helping others whether human or furred. My last year's I helped elderly and disabled to remain independent with in home help and I helped people to get into assisted livings. I became very ill and disabled and had to retire which reduced my income greatly. My dream would be to either refinance my detitled on a lot manufactured home down from the 8 7% to a lower interest rate so I can keep a roof over my and my 4 rescue kitties head. It's difficult to refinance with my income and because it's a manufactured home. I owe around $66,000 on it. If that isn't possible my biggest dream is to start fresh with a tiny cottage with disabled features such as lowered counters, wheelchair access showers, raised toilets and railings along the walls. I would like to continue my efforts to help kitties by feeding and caring for feral and caring for the 4 I rescued. One had a broken jaw another mouth cancer. I would like the security of having my own roof over my head and having disabled features so I would age in place plus no one would be able to evict me because I foster kitties. Please ponder on this my hearts desire, I need to fi do not want to end up in a nursing home as then it would cost state $7,000 a month. I desparately needvthis security as stress and worrying about having a roof over my head adds to my health issues and the stress disables me more. That fight or flight hormone links you to heart disease. I want to stay independant and as healthy as i can! I thank you for your time and consideration. Thank you for your kindness.
