Over the last 3 years my four children and I have suffered great loss...First, I was diagnosised with breast cancer and had to undergo surgeries and finaicial loss. During the time that I was dealing with breat cancer my husband walked out on me and the children leaving me with one income and the expenses of our home. In addiiton, after going through surgies and being out on medical leave I returned to my job to be told my position was being eliminated and I will be unemployed with no severence just 90 additional days of insurance to cover some medical expenses. during this time my home went under foreclosre forcing me and my children to vacate and find a place to rent, which was smaller and more crowded. I have undergone a lot, my children and I have had to go on public assistance in order to maintain our basic needs. 

In the last six months I have landed a job but still recieving partial assistance and renting a smaller palce. I want to continue to reside in the area that my children have begin to gain friends and community activities in. I really would like to purchase a home with cash so that my children and I will not have to fear being homeless again.
