I am a 100% Diabled Veteran.  My health continues to be a challenge.  I have been with my Partner for almost fifty years.  We have an opportunity to add a small rental unit on our existing lot.  This would provide additional income in the event of my death.  We are not in a position to secure a non-traditional or traditional mortgage.  We need to erect this unit for cash, and we need to accomplish this as soon as possible.  The dollars requested, include all infrastructure fees, permits, drawings and construction of a unit which is approximately 600 square feet, adjacent to the main house.  While we would appreciate individual donations to achieve our goal, we would welcome one donor that has appreciation for the challenges that Physical and Emotional Disabilities present.
