So my parents live in another state and have rented all their lives. They are getting up in age (late 70's) and I want them to be closer to family and actually have a place to call their own. I've had issues coming up with a down payment for raw land because of one emergency after another. So I'm asking for crowdfunding to help me collect a down payment for 10-15 acres of raw land that I will improve and place a mobile home on for them.  I have been hesitant about doing a post like this, but it can't hurt.
