My Boyfriend and I have just bought our first house - YAY! However hidden closing costs and unexpeted replacement expenses have left us a bit house poor. Our main bathroom on the upper level of our house is in need of some serious improvement. The fan doesnt work the toilet over flows and the shower is molding and gross, as well as the tile is shifting.
