Ciao!

I'm Danny, I am 31 y.o. and I have a dream. I'm from Italian origins, but I've been working abroad for a few years already, trying to find my luck elsewhere given the very bad economic and working conditions of my country. I live in Germany now, and I am very happy here.
However, I decided I want to give back something to my country, something that will help re-ignite tourism in my hometown, Sulmona, and make sure that more people around the world will discover this true treasure hidden for too long time.
My dream is to buy an apartment or a house (depending on the money gathered) and turn it into a Bed & Breakfast. A very convenient and easy going hospitality form, to facilitate the accomodation of tourists visitng my region (Abruzzo), making sure that they would feel "at home".
However, I have been having some issues with funding.
Despite my credit score is very good and I do not have cash flow issues, neither German nor Italian banks would give me a mortgage. Reason being the fact that German banks do not give mortgages to buy properties outside Germany, and Italian banks on the other hand can't give me a mortgage because I live and reside in Germany.
I hope this crowdfunding campaign will help me reach enough money to not ask for a full mortgage but a smaller loan that I could file for any any bank here.
