hoping to build a bird sanctuary for the town environment that provides a stable and lasting habitat, natural shelter environment,feeding station for the small birds displaced by construction of  housing development in the wetlands area which destroyed their home ,feeding area and forced them into to town looking for food which is pretty scarce considering the environment that exists in town.
