My husband and I recently bought my parent's house, it was the home I grew up in. As a couple who plans on expanding our family, it gives us space to grow into. However it has not been updated in over 20 years. From paint, to appliances, to needing a new garage door and entry door, to the deck that is falling apart, needless to say we have a lot of work to do!

I love that I am able to live again in the house I grew up in, there are so many memories my family has made here. Now it is time for my husband and I to create our own memories and traditions. I want to be able to take this house and make it our own so it does not feel like I am a guest in my parent's house and make the necessary updates that our home needs.
