After 15 years renting the same house the owner passed away and her family is selling our house immediately. They said we need to be out in 30-60 days. My boyfriend and I are caring for his mother who was just diagnosed with duodenum cancer last month. We are in California and we have the option to purchase the house so we don't have to move but it's $499,000. I lost my job at the beginning of the pandemic last year and haven't received any unemployment or stimulus money. I was an Accounting Manager.  My boyfriend still has his warehouse job but it only pays minimum wage. Every little bit helps. Thank you!
