Lori and I are madly in love, and closer than anyone ever expected! We have spent well over a year together, and feel that we are ready to take the plunge........by purchasing a home!!! We are in the process of reducing our debt to accommodate a mortgage payment, but fear that we may not have the minimum required down payment needed to buy a home.
