My family is in the process of looking for a home of our own. We have very good credit but unfortunately we are having trouble with a down payment. We ask for whatever you can. We know most are struggling and we understand your circumstances. We would just like to get out of apartment living and into a home that we can grow in and make our own. We are hoping to buy a manufactured home (3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms $40,000) and land package, as that's the cheapest solution we can find. If we get the right land it will be $150,000 or less.
