I've always wanted to own a house but never thought that I'd be able to afford one...until now. I've paid off all debts and make enough money to be able to pay mortgage on a modest house. I want a house that's cozy but has room to grow in case I ever find that special somebody. Of course, the down payment is the hardest part. So I'm asking for help in acquiring the funds needed to help my dream come true.
