Hi, everyone! Avery and I are in the process of purchasing a home. We've found the house and have been approved for a non-traditional loan, but it requires a significant downpayment. We've come up with a good portion of the downpayment on our own but need assistance with the rest. We are first-time home buyers committed to creating a long-term housing solution for our family and have a 4-year-old who needs space to grow and play.
