Family of 7 needs help to build a bigger nest

Hi everyone. Thanks for dropping in and reading our story. I've never been one to ask people for anything, so I really don't know where to start. 4 years ago, I left my twins father. Long story short, he never kept a job and after 9 years of being the provider of 3 kids and 2 adults while he was running around behind my back, enough was enough. After I left him, my parents did me a super huge favor and loaned me $20,000.00 to purchase my aunt and uncles home after they passed away. It was a life saver, because in our rental I was paying $1050.00 a month just for the rent!!! Every month I had to rob one bill to pay another just to keep things from being shut off. So, after moving here, I was able to keep up on the bills and pay my parents back for the loan they gave me. Well, 3 years ago, I started a relationship with an amazing man, and with him, came 2 more kids growing our family to 7! He works full time, helps take care of my kids as well as his own, and things couldn't be any better...until I lost my job at Amazon warehouse due to a rotator cuff tear. Since then, I had to take a job that only paid 10.00 per hour and gave me 25 hours a week. I was used to makeing over $500 a week then had to go down to less that 300 a week. Well, things started to look up after Christmas. I was offered a job working at the post office, and was guaranteed 25 hours a week which at the pay rate would give me much more than I was making at the 10.00 per hour job. Well, so much for the guaranteed hours, after my training and getting placed in my office, I am lucky if I get 2 days a week. I have been looking for a 2nd job working overnights, because I have to be on call for the post office. So, our kids...we have two 14 year olds, and three 11 year olds (2 of which are twins!) Our home: We live in a 680 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. The kids take turns sleeping in the bedroom, and on the sofas in the living room. They have no room for themselves, their posessions or privacy. The house needs a lot of work. It has no foundation and is held up with jacks under the house. The floor in the kids room is falling thru in certain spots. Some of the electrical outlets in the house are not receiving power. There are holes in the floors due to a previous rodent problem that I had to take care of when I first moved in, but was never able to afford to fix the holes in the floors and walls. The furnace in the attic was never finished being installed as my uncle passed away before he could finish installing it, so we use electric heaters that make out electric bill sky high. We attempted to get a mortgage to buy a new home, but we were turned down due to not having the full 20% down payment, and lack of credit. I tried to get a home equity loan to fix up this one and build on an addition, but my income is too low and I can't use his because we aren't married.. I have tried every program available ( FHA, USDA, Conventional, home equity, HELOC, and applied for assistance) but got turned down at every angle. I am not having any luck finding a 2nd job around the hours I have to be available for the post office. Since my father passed last year, I don't have any family I can ask for help, and although I have enouhg cash for a FHA down payment, the mortgage companies still won't help us. So, in the process of looking for additional resources and loop holes I came across a few crowd funding websites that can possibly help me in my goal. I want to fix up the current issues with my home, and have a 300 square foot addition added on so that we can add an additional bedroom and half bath for the kids as well as extending the kitchen so we can all sit down together for meals instead of having to spread out into the living room. I am asking for as much help as possible in obtaining our dream to improve this house where we can all have comfort and enough space for everyone. If I can get 35,000 people to all donate a dollar I woudl be eternally grateful.
