Hey there! My name is Raenee (rainy) Newsom and I'm looking to buy my first home! A little about me, I'm a Texas native with a deep connection to my community and the manager for a small family business in Levelland. I'm very committed to my job and my family which is why I'm looking to put down more permanent roots in my hometown in order to be close to work and the family farm. Unfortunately, relatively high rental prices in my area it's been almost impossible to save enough for a down payment on a starter home. That's why when I heard about Feather the Nest I knew I had to jump at the opportunity! If you've ever felt that "too much month at the end of the money" feeling you can understand where I'm coming from. 

The home I've got my eye on is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath close to both my work and my grandparents which makes it ideal in more ways than 1!
