Since having little Adeline, Sam and I have realized we need more space to house all the baby gear. We have been saving to buy a home, as a mortgage payment will be less every month (this will be especially helpful when Sam goes back to school this fall) and it will be putting our money toward something. But we won't have quite enough before our lease is up. what we have now for a down payment would put us in a home in a bad neighborhood, and with a house that's repairs would be too costly. We also need appliances as the apartments we are in currently provide them. Any help is appreciated! Even if you don't donate please share so that someone else might! We only need another 500 for the down payment  the rest is for help with appliances and the repairs the house might need.
