Looking to buy a beautiful foreclosure home. We are a first time buyer, small family, daughter, son, tow dogs, chihuahua and German Shepard. Father, recent grad student, non traditional student and starting off a good career. Mother takes care of all four Kids.

Home is in a beautiful community, FHA loan, everything is approved except the home needs a new roof. Banked owned home does not want to work with us and they even dropped the price and gave us priority. 203k loan  don't qualify, have looked for other options because we don't have any furniture and with down payment and money saved up to furniture a home we buy, we don't have any money left. We are about to give and look for other home, we are giving one last push.
