I need major renovation to my 100+ elderly abode. These are the my pressing needs at the moment: new wood stairs to second floor, 4 new windows or storm windows, repair of 2 chimneys, repair of concrete porch steps, replace gutters, completely new siding, new kitchen floors, finish kitchen walls, replace basement staircase, replace under kitchen sink cabinet, install bathroom on first floor, lift sagging porch, new windows in basement, fix up 2 bedrooms and remove mold in the process and a whole slew of other things.
