Hi all!❀

My husband and I with our two little ones are saving to relocate to our dream state of S.C. Currently we rent a 2 bedroom apt in a basement. We are looking for a fixer upper that we can make our own.
Unfortunately due to our unique situation we are in we cannot use traditional funding (mortgage), we will have to purchase a home for cash (private lending, personal loans, possibly hard money lender). We currently have 10k saved. The goal is to have as much of our own cash as possible that it won't be too hard to secure the rest of the money we would need with perhaps say a personal loan. We are so excited to move and begin a fresh start in a home of our own. I appreciate and thank you for your consideration.
