We have a great new single family house in a great neighborhood and even have a great contractor, but we've run out of money between our down payment and updating the electricity and sewer. We haven't been able to sell our prior condo, so we are paying two mortgages and running out of options. We've spent every dollar both of us have ever earned and could use some help getting moved into our new place so we can get out of our old house and hopefully sell.
