I know this may seem extremely selfish of me, but I'm so tired of living in our current place. This entire apartment is falling apart and the owner does not give one crap that it is. He only cares about getting money. We have to pay over 1k to live in these crappy apartments, and with bills added to all that. It's just too much for us. 
Note: these apartment complexes are crap, there is mold on the wall, the ceiling cracks easily and water comes out, there's tons of bug infestations as well as mice infestations. You can complain to the office but either nobody comes at all to fix it or they take around 4 weeks to come. 

Anyways, any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
