I am a single mother and I am trying to get back into the house that we lived in before I got divorced. This is the house my kids grew up in. Their first steps, first birthdays, first day of kindergarten, their first everything. We miss this house. This is where we were all comfortable, in the country away from all the annoyances and fears of renting and being in the middle of town. To get back into this house, I need to come up with $15,000 and also take over the existing mortgage.
