We both have gone through divorces and financial devistation and with the high rising cost of rent we can barely scrape up the 20% we need for a down payment on a home. I have rented for 10 years now after I lost my first home to illegal foreclosure, which the federal government apologized with $800..and had to move my family six times many times by no fault of my own... the latest being rental Home is currently for sale. This is the third home we have rented that has been put on the market because we TOOK CARE OF IT!!! We can not find a CLEAN - child and pet friendly home! There are hardly any rentals available at all most costing upwards of $2000/month! please anything helps. God bless.
