Hello! My husband and I need some help with a downpayment for our first house. We just found out on July 4th that we are expecting another baby we will be a family of four February of next year. Last year things were very rocky for my husband I, financially due to an unexpected student loan garnishment. At the time we were in good standing with our creditors and were well on our way to purchasing our first home but after the student loan garnishments started it turned our world upside down. Now we are in more debt and are just trying to find some relief but that doesn't appear to be in sight. I am praying and hoping that someone will read this and will donate so that come this time next year we are out of this apartment and residing in our own home!!
