I came here to featherthenest for help remodeling my old home that was built in the 50's. Its square footage is 850.It needs a lot of upgrades,but cannot afford. I want a to built an addition to my home for extra space. It needs a lot of work such as new roofing, kitchen cabinets,central a/c with duct work,flooring,bathrooms remodel,walls,insulation and baseboards.
