We just purhased a home in the Atlanta metro area.  It's a bit of a fixer-upper and the projects never seem to end.  When combining our previously owned furniture and household items we ended up pretty well stocked on that front... but what we could really use is some help renovating a detached garage to convert to an office or mother-in-law suite.
