We are needing some repairs/replacements on our home. We have lived here 20 years and we can't afford what we need or somebody for labor. most of our windows will not even raise and one of them is broken. Our bathtub has a crack in it. Our small porch is about to fall in from the wood being rotted.  We have a board nailed over the whole my daughters foot already went through. Anything would be appreciated. Thank so much
