I'm a single mother to two young boys ages 12 and 10.  I would like to buy a house since I've been renting for years now with nothing to account for but I do not have the down payment I would need for a house. I'm a social worker and I love what I do but with such salary I'm not able to pay my bills and save for a down payment.  Whether big or small whatever you can contribute would be highly appreciated. 

I would like to buy a house within the next year but it all depends on how soon I could reach my goal for downpayment.
