Im on ssi and life on 730 a month , buy the time i pay for my mortgage of 405 a month and pay electric, gas, water, i have nothing left, im not complaining its just how god has my life at this time

I am in hopes to make an improvment to my neighborhood as well as to my home, when i bought this house it was a foreclosed un kept up place it was so  the ugly house on the block I was very fortunate that my bank would alow me the chance to buy it and have it siding but on the outside of it,  however do to me making nothing they would not alow me to borrow any more to but up a two stall garage 

Im not trying to do the thing of keeping up with the Jones's on the block,

But do believe that my place not having a garage hurts my neighboors. As in there property values when they are trying to list and my home is value like 40,000 less just because of this, 

Unfurtantly Garages are not cheap to have put up and i would not be able to do this without youre help , that being said I want to be as honest as i can be to any one donating to this cause,

If able to raise this money I plan on getting the cheapest deal i can any money that would be left I will be using  to pay down my mortgage this to me would be the right thing for me to do with youre donations if there is money left after having garage put up,

 have no drive way I just made a gravel one so i didnt have to park on the street  need cement drive and foundation first and this is the cost they tell me when i asked for a estimate for everything to be done just a litte under 25,000 one was for 28,000

Photo is incluced (the gray garage is my wonderful neighbors they keep there place up like its a park) the photo is were i put gravel so i dont have to take up the street with my rusty van lol try to keep it running is also the reson for needing a garage I would have a place to work on it inside
