My sister is having a baby and due to a tragic situation, she will be a single mom raising a baby.  My sister is an hourly worker which will mean she does not have vacation time.  If I could buy a house close to the Akron area, it would be helpful to my sister and my niece...she is due September 14.  Thank you for anything that you can contribute.
