I am seeking funds to secure this log cabin for cash at $64.500 for no longer than six months. It has been deeply discounted and it is valued at double this amout even in it's current condition after sitting empty for two years.
I will purchase it with cash, make improvements and and use the property to secure a loan at its value at that time to pay all invertors for any amount over $1000 + 10%.
I am asking for this assistance so i keep the property as my primary residience since I grew up spending summers at this lake with my grandparents and I want to leave the property to my kids.
I already have 25k pleaged from a friend.
