Last year we were able to find this fantastic Mid-Century modern home in Yuba City. Built sometime before 1950, and last updated in 1978, it has enormous character and charm ... and a lot of modernizing that needs done. We are super-handy and have refinished hardwood, painted, replaced light fixtures, and built beds all by ourselves!
