Hello friends and family, I am in the process of purchasing a home, I am asking for help with the down payment and closing cost of my dream home.  I have been trying to purchase my dream home for some time now and always seem to run into one road block after another.  Anyone who have had credit issues know it is extremely difficult and important to keep your credit in order.  I have learned a lot and have worked extremely hard on my credit so that I can qualify and now I am finally in a situation credit wise where I do qualify but need assistance with the down payment and closing costs.  My car was totalled in a hail storm in Texas a couple months ago and my insurance paid off most of the vehicle but I did not have GAP insurance and I still owe 5600 on my car as well as had to come up with another down payment to finance another vehicle which set me back from having the down payment I need for the home.  Every littl bit help and I am most appreciative of any assistance.
