Last Thursday, we went to look at two houses that were in our budget.  We didn't make it to the second house because I fell in love with this one.  It has a huge back yard for the babies.  However, it needs a back fence, already has sides. 

I didn't think things would move so fast!! Here it is a week later and I have a loan estimate and contract.  I didn't plan ahead or even know about many of the costs. In lieu of house warming presents, we are accepting donations. 

In a few months, I'll be 50!!! My first new home...all mine...at 50. Dreams do come true.
