I am in the process of getting my home built, My interest rate has doubled and I may very well loose after waiting since December. I am a single mother and have no way to come up with the extra amount in such short notice My house will be completed at the end of July beginning of august and i am in desperate need of help. I have 2 children 7 and 11 and would really like to have something for us to call our own. I have worked very hard over the years to get to this point and dont want to lose out on my dream of becoming a homeowner .
