These are difficult times for a young family to purchase a home. We don’t want to be forced to leave the state or take other desperate measures in order to secure a home for our littles to grow up in. Apartments are getting so expensive soon we won’t be able to afford rent. We have a 3 and 7 year old and are finally humbled enough to ask our community for help. We have gotten our credit where it needs to be and now need help with a down payment as we can’t afford a second mortgage to cover it. Thanks for considering us!
