I’m a married hardworking mother of 3 kids ages 16,14 and 4. I’m finally building my dream home in the state I s ask ways wanted to be in. I work full time in the mortgage industry. I currently live in CT but building a home in Florida I would love help with additional funds in addition to the deposit and out of state moving expenses on my home loan. While currently renting/living expenses, current bills it’s hard to save additional funds to close. I’m currently only putting 3.5 % down and rates are going up due to inflation.
