We are a family of 4 with two little boys ages 5 and 3. We are currently renting our home and our lease is up at the end of April. We attempted to extend the lease, but was told the owner wants to sell the home. With less than 60 days to either buy the home or find another (almost impossible in this area) we are sort of forced to buy the home or not have any place else to go. So my wife and I are in need of the down payment in order to buy the current home we are renting. This is our first time buying a home and with all closing cost and deposit money you can imagine coming up with this type of cash in 45 days time seems very daunting. We are asking for all the help we can get from anyone willing to help.
