My goal is get my kids into a home to where the can enjoy having a backyard to play in.  Living in an apartment isn't a life a kid should have to do there whole life and any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm struggling to save money for a down payment with having to put money towards rent for our apartment on a monthly basis.
