After we've checked off our first big goal as a happy couple (getting married), our next hope is to tackle homeownership. Together we have decided to take this opportunity to start a mortgage fund rather than doing a traditional gift registry knowing that our friends, family and loved ones could feel as though they've helped us reach our next big step. Any monetary gifts that we so graciously receive during our engagement and wedding will be deposited into a mortgage fund and used towards our goal to purchase a house in Milwaukee, WI.
