Hello everyone.

In 2013 I finally got to move into my dream house. But what I didn't realize at the time was how much this 120-year-old fixer upper would need. The roof is in pretty bad condition and while we tried to repair other things, it just got worse! Today, while it was raining, some of the ceiling collapsed. I hope that we can get it fixed before dream home turns into walking nightmare. I will try to get a photo of the roof when it stops raining and is daylight. It is very high up, otherwise, we would have tried to put a tarp over it temporarily.
