My wife and I got married in January of this year and purchased our first house in August. We love our new place, but it was built in 1954 and needs some upgrades. We still have single pane windows, galavanized plumbing, some electrical issues, and some prior remodel projects left either undone, or poorly done by the prior owners. We want to start our family and have a child, but we can not afford to make the improvements needed to the house that before we start down the road of full familial bliss, and we need some help. We want to redo the windows, replace the galvanized plumbing with pex, finish the remodels, and add some new furniture to our home.
