Single mom struggling to gather a down payment for a condo for my young daughter and myself! I found a place but need money to move forward. I was raised by a single mom and have not been able to build wealth. Lost all our equity in my divorce and have had bad luck with very expensive rentals. Most recently we were forced to move during the winter due to water intrusion and mold. Hard working public employee and good credit, just need a little help and a stable place to raise my daughter.
