If 2020 has taught us anything, it is to expect the unexpected. A month ago, I got a notice that the landlords in the house I have rented for almost 12 years, and raised my family in, wanted to move back into the house on April 14th.

Due to the pandemic, and the nature of rentals in my childrens school district, there is nothing currently available to rent that is within my price range, or with at least 3 bedrooms. My kids are 14, 16 and 19, and this is the only home that they remember. I am in the process of getting pre-approved for a mortgage on a house that would be perfect for my little family! It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house, in the school district that my sons have always attented. It has a "mother-in-law" appartment upstairs for my 19 year old daughter so she can have her own space, but still help the family out. 

My sons are special needs, one is on the autism spectrum, and the other has severe ADHD and DMDD. So having my daughter close by is a God send. Especially during these uncertain times when at any moment my sons could have to switch back to virtual school and they need someone there for them during the day. I work 40-50 hours a week to provide for my babies, and if it wasn't for her, I don't know how we would have made it through the last year. 

Please help me get my babies into a happy, healthy home of there own! One they will be proud to bring friends over to, have sleep overs, and just be kids for as long as possible. A home that they will come back to someday with their babies and visit and tell stories about the amazing group of people who helped in our time of need.
