Because these are condos, I need 20% down plus I will need closing costs.   It is a great retirement community with a pool, rec room and view.   I love walking on the sand at the beach.  There is a county park next to the condo complex that I go to all the time to walk.  Great excercise.  There is also a wooden dock, fabulous fishing or just for watching dolphins.  I would greatly appreciate any help in purchasing this condo.
