So, what is this?

I've recently started on my CAREER path which is the most exciting thing I've ever had the pleasure of saying out loud. I have started to plan about things I want and look into investments that create revenue. For me, it isn't first comes love, then marriage and a baby carriage.... I want a home. Not only do I want a home, but I want to buy a home. I am saving up currently and hope to reach my goal in 2 or 3 years (with some luck, hope and tight budgeting). When I was looking up ways to save for a down payment, this site came up. I reviewed it a couple times but never made a move to start a page. But I then realized that the best place to ask for help is the internet! With so many ways to incorporate the internet into a dream you might have, asking for help should definitely be on the top of that list. Granted, you may or may not know me, or the type of individual I am, so let me explain. I am a 22 year old young woman, currently working in ABA therapy and enrolled full time in school working on my Bachelor's. The end goal for my career path is Counseling Psychology or Clinical Sexologist. I am a fragile person, meaning i am sensitive and overthink things too much. But to me, that just means I am well thought out and a great planner. I enjoy reading, painting, blogging, and a dash of Yoga for my soul (namaste). But above all, I am a daughter, friend, lover, free spirit, and helping hand to those in need (other people's description of me, not mine lol). I currently reside in sunny Long Beach, CA and hope to purchase out here as well. A single Family Home that is Turn-key ready. I am doing my best on my own to get prepared for this next step in my life, I have even taken Real Estate Courses just to make sure I have all of the info I need.
