A year ago my wife and I thought we were buying our first amazing dream home. The home had just been remodeled and looked well done and amazing. Little did we know of the issues that were happening within the walls and under the home. Our whole basement had previous termite and water damage that was left untreated and correct by previous owners. This was found after we had to replace our sewage pipe under the home because it was so corroded over the years.  Now what was once a beautiful basement is a mess. We ran out of money to remodel the area due to the cost of the pipes and a new Air conditioning unit we had to install. Please find it in your hearts to donate. Every little bit helps.
